At Shinely, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after this timeframe.

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Shinely is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the next steps and the return address.
